Complete Orders & collect tokens: Fulfilling orders rewards you with special tokens. You can always check how many tokens an Order gives you by tapping the "info" button inside the Studio Pass interface!
Unlock Milestone Rewards: As you collect tokens, your progress bar will fill up. Reaching each milestone along the bar means you've unlocked a fantastic reward, ready for you to claim!
Go VIP for Even Better Rewards: Once the Studio Pass event begins, you can choose to embark on the "Regular" Pass journey or activate the VIP Pass. Opting for the VIP Pass unlocks a whole set of even better rewards! The best part? If you choose the VIP Pass, you'll collect rewards from both the regular and the VIP tracks at every milestone you reach.

My Studio Pass progress reset. Is that a bug?
Studio Pass runs as a limited-time track tied to that season's pass. When it ends and the next Studio Pass begins, the progress bar and token count start over. Milestone rewards you already claimed stay with you.
I bought VIP but haven't gotten VIP rewards.
Confirm the purchase went through (check for a receipt), then restart your game so the VIP track can sync. If VIP rewards are still missing from milestones you've already reached, see Where are my purchased items? for what to do next.
Can I still claim rewards from a Studio Pass that already ended?
Yes. When the Studio Pass ends, you'll receive a pop-up the next time you open the game with the rewards you reached but didn't collect. Claim them, and they'll be added to your game automatically.
