- Close all apps and force quit Reality Bay. This will ensure that no other apps are slowing down your production.
- Make sure your Android device is fully updated and ensure you're playing the latest version of Reality Bay, as well as Google Play Games and Google Play Services.
- Delete old or unused apps or files. If your device's storage is full, it can slow you down.
- Clear your game storage by going to 'Settings' → 'Apps' → 'Reality Bay' → 'Storage and Cache' → 'Clear Storage'.
- Restart your device and re-open Reality Bay.
🍏 For the iOS Co-stars:
- Make sure your device and Reality Bay game are fully updated.
- Delete old or unused apps or files to free up some space.
- Close all apps, restart your device, and re-open Reality Bay.
- If the steps above don't work, try deleting and reinstalling the app (instructions below).
🔃 Reinstall Reality Bay (for iOS):
Deleting the app won't delete your progress or other game data. Just follow these steps and you should have all your progress saved.
- Open the 'Settings' app on your device.
- Tap 'General', then 'iPhone Storage'.
- Find 'Reality Bay' in the list of apps and tap it.
- Tap 'Delete App'.
- Open the 'App Store'.
- Search for 'Reality Bay' and reinstall it.
- Open 'Reality Bay' and log in with the same account to continue your journey with your saved progress and game data.
